First Alert Pc1210 Recall 06

We bought 3 new smoke alarms for our home after the old ones had reached eol. The new ones are an absolute nuisance. About a month ago, i was woken up to the upstairs alarm going off. So i purchased 4 sets of the 10 year battery version of the fa smoke/co detectors (pc1210v) last year when they were discounted. In that year i've had 3/8 units become defective.

I have a first alert wall/ceiling mount smoke alarm that is sealed. Battery is not accessible. model: P1210 had to deactivate it because it kept going off even though there was no smoke.
