Goodwill Return Policy Indiana

Goodwill is not typically able to locate and return items that are unintentionally donated. Donors should always check their donations for valuables, cash or any documents containing personal. Please note that goodwill of central & southern indiana stores can only accept returns from purchases made in our central/southern indiana territory. Locations are available here. Our return policy does not apply to items purchased at a goodwill outlet store, where all sales are final.

Goodwill accepts returns on clothing and electronics only; Receipt must be present. Original hanging tag or sticker must still be attached to the item. No returns on sale. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with original price tags attached and accompanied by original receipt at one of our original northeast, in locations.
