Hello, will some kind person please help me out? I just activated my prepaid debit card and then i went to my bank app ( way2go card for child support) they offer a one time transfer to a bank. No more complaining about paypal policy and their taking funds from your account. What happens if you run out of money on the card and can't pay the monthly fee? Is it safe to give paypal my social security number to activate the card?

So i’ve done this before, i’ve got a $50 visa prepaid gift card and was able to send someone $48 using that card. Im trying to do the same thing but the card keeps getting declined. So if they are marked completed then, you have to get other side to confirm then funds released within 24 hours. If any are marked as pending , this means you have only requested monies. Paypal though is still useful and if you don't want to have to worry if the prepaid cards will be accepted this is a good way to go (if you have a paypal debit card this makes things easier).
