Petco Workday Login: What They Don't Tell You

I was just sent my login for workday, but when i put the username number and password in, it says invalid username or password. Am i missing something or is there a trick to this?. Does anyone know the workday url i can have to login to workday on my computer? I have the app on my phone but i wanted to be able to login on my desktop as well. Call it help desk and use the password reset option. Just had to do it.
