Project Zomboid Black Screen On Startup

Hello fellow project zomboid enjoyers. I have tried the following: Oct 11, 2023 · when i launch the game i just get a black screen but can hear the menu music but cant do anything else, i have updated drivers and reinstalled, i have searched the web but nothing i found was helpful. Launched as administrator, deleted user files except saves. Feb 8, 2022 · hello, for some reason the main menu is just completely black when i start it up.

Try going to the c:\users\yourusername\zomboid folder and edit the options. ini file. In that file, edit the fullscreen=true line to fullscreen=false then try launching the game again.
