I think it can have rentals and places for sale, but it’s primarily rentals and people looking for roommates, sublets, etc. Finding a rental house in fort collins i know all the usual routes via facebook, hot pads, zillow, craigslist, etc. Anyone have some scoop on contacts in the fort collins area to find rental. Craigslist is amazing for last second finds. Old couples that want to rent out half their house, people that have had a sudden tenant vacancy that they want filled quickly, etc.
