We are looking to move to the area soon on 79th st near nb high school. We have a 1 year old. Is it a safe area? What do families there do with kids for fun?. We stayed in the villas in 2020, and it was a nice experience, and you can’t beat the room’s proximity to the beach, so we went back last week.

Does anyone know if this apartment is good/ worth it? Or if there are better options near campus? I live at the villas and it's one of the best in terms of quietness, from my apartment anyway.
