I suppose that's one of the tradeoffs when you attend a university that operates on the open access admissions model. I transferred from penn state to umd after a rejection (residency is maryland). Honestly i don’t think the debt was worth it. Up to you but if i could do it over again, i’d start at towson or a community college and transfer if you’re looking to go that route.
