Strength kicks in quick, muscle. Which is why i run it 12 weeks. Strength gains stop at 10 weeks but they continue there after. You'll look manlier while on. Anyone who says they gained 15lbs of lean muscle is either lying, or counting fat and water weight.
After only 6 days on rad 140 10mg i've gained 10 lbs. Before starting rad i would eat around 2500 calories daily afterwards i increased it to 3000 calories in order to try to gain a bit more muscle.
